refund policy

As outlined by Los Angeles County Parks and Recreation

Participants seeking a refund must contact the LA County Parks Office directly. To help expedite the process, we recommend saving your credit card information to your ActiveNet account.

Weekly Classes:

• Full Refund: Available when cancellation is requested at least five (5) working days before the first scheduled class.
• Prorated Refund: If the request is submitted within two (2) days after the first class, a prorated refund will be issued for the remaining sessions.
• No Refund: Requests made more than two (2) days after the first scheduled class will not be honored.

Workshops (1–3 days):

• Full Refund: Granted if the request is made at least five (5) working days prior to the workshop start date.
• No Refund: If the request is made less than five (5) working days before the start of the workshop, no refund will be issued.

 

Please note: All refund requests are subject to the policies set by the LA County Department of Parks and Recreation.
