How does the free trial week work?

Just sign up and show up! Your first week is completely free — no pressure, no commitment. It's the perfect way to test the waters and see how our classes and coaching style fit your goals.

How do I track my progress?

Through our color-coded wristband system! Just like martial arts belts, each band represents a skill level. You'll earn new bands by mastering specific skills, passing challenges, and hitting game milestones.
